Rules:
v Maximum two
participants per team are allowed.
v Participants are
required to submit a Soft copy (on CD only) and a Hard copy of the
abstract along with duly filled Registration form by 10th April 2010 at
the institute’s address by post/courier/mail.
v
The abstract
should not be more than 300 words in the format mentioned.

v
The Powerpoint presentation should be in Ms Office-2003 .
v The complete paper
would be the judging criteria for the selection of the papers.
v Papers on latest
technologies with innovative presentation styles will be given preference.
v Direct downloads
from Internet will not be acceptable.
v Time allowed for
presentation is 15 minutes (10 min. for presentation + 5 min. for
interactive session).
v Short listed
participants should bring one hard copy & one soft copy (on CD only) of
the presentation (ppt file) at the time of presentation (in addition to
the ones already submitted at the time of Registration).
v The Participants
will not be permitted to change the topic specified in the registration
form in any circumstances.
v Candidates may
bring their own laptop for the presentation purpose, but it should be
intimated in advance by email.
